The NeuroMaker HAND and curriculum are derived directly from real-world prosthetic products to foster industry-specific skills while delivering a truly immersive experience. Students are introduced to biomedical innovations, programming, artificial intelligence, mechanical and electrical engineering, and additive manufacturing.

Students are also encouraged to participate in NeuroMaker’s complimentary and inclusive capstone, the NeuroMaker Challenge. During this culminating experience, students identify a societal need, collaborate with peers to develop a solution, and then present their project, which is evaluated by a panel of industry experts.
